Title: Laura's Pickled Eggs

12 Hard-boiled egg -- peeled
1tsSalt
2cWhite vinegar
1tsPickling spice
1cWater
1/2tsCelery seed
2tbSugar
1/2tsGarlic -- minced

Put eggs in a 2 quart glass jar or large mixing bowl. Bring remaining ingredients to a boil in medium size saucepan over high heat. Pour hot vinegar mixture over eggs. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours before serving. Laura Gentry
